 Briggs & Stratton leaking compressor oil

I received the air compressor via delivery. The unit said it had not been shipped with oil! That was wrong! It was full!

Everything else seemed to be perfect, except at the end of the first day of use, I realized it had leaked over half of the compressor oil all over my customer's yard. Very disappointing!

It appeared to be leaking from every fitting. I have taken it all apart and installed teflon tape to all fittings. Hope it works!
