| Great tool |
| By Tom (Omaha, NE) |
I have had this small portable air compressor for several years. It is a very good little compressor .
I used it for two years every other day, as my truck tire had a slow leak and I was even slower to get the tire repaired.
The battery was getting weak so last year in the fall of 2008 I replaced the two 12 volt gel cell batteries that are inside.
I use it a lot as it's the best portable air tank you can have- it refills itself.
The one thing you have to do, as with all gel cell batteries, is never store it for any time with the batteries in a low or rundown condition. Gel cells are sure to fail early if they are not recharged immediately.
I charge mine after every use. I hope you find my comments useful. |

| Much bigger and heavier than it looks |

It's overkill for inflating tires and underkill for nailguns.
The discontinued Campbell Hausfeld CC2300 was a workhorse and smaller, ideal for tires. The battery on mine lasted 10 years! |

I agree with the other reviewer. The batteries don't last even with light use.
Mine is a year old and won't hold any kind of charge. I can't find replacement batteries anywhere, and it'll be cheaper to replace it anyway. |

Excellent air compressor! It takes a little over 4 minutes to fill it to max(135psi) pressure.
It is very portable, and easy to carry. The noise is comparable to a plug-in compressor. Most of the small compressors boast a max pressure of 100psi. This compressor will go to 135, which I like.
The radio is nice to have, but I don't have any use for it now(Maybe in the future). It is nice that it can power 12volt cigarette lighter items, but I don't have any need as of now.
With the battery still being broken in, I have run the compressor a total of 6 times on a single charge (I fill the tank up completly, turn off the compressor, and drain. Turn compressor back on). |

| This is the handiest , most attractive air compresser I have ever seen. It's a dynamo. I use it for tires in my tractors but also when my well pump starts to surge I put air back in and keep it going strong! |
