| Air Compressors Direct Recommendation |
| By Air Compressors Direct |
This Campbell Hausfeld isn't your ordinary household air compressor.
In fact, you can't even plug it into an ordinary household electric outlet.
This 26-gallon air compressor requires a 230-volt receptical just to start.
So, why should you even consider buy it?
Because it's powerful! Most 115-volt air compressors are simply to weak to run demanding air tools.
The VT6210 features an extremely powerful motor that can produce up to 10 CFM of air power. That's enough air flow to power sandblasters and sanders.
Plus, it's portable. You can move it around the garage or take it from site to site. Try doing that with a 60-gallon stationary compressor.

| Best thing I ever did |
| By karl hoffmann jr (Ashtabula, OH) |
My old Craftsman air compressor failed after a couple of years, and I wanted a real air compressor- so I bought a Campbell Hausfeld one.
This compressor will handle anything, and it is also quiet.
Buying it is the best thing I ever did. |

I'm always servicing vehicles and heavy equipment, and the tire inflater attachment for the compressor has a tire gauge built into it.
But, it seems whenever I'm in need of one for my personal vehicles I never seem to have one readily available. |

| Late for work |
| By lawna noe (Rio Linda, CA) |
I had gotten ready for work and I was so late.
When I got in the car I quickly figured out that my car tire was low. This made me even later, but luckily my air compressor worked well.
When I got to work I explained what had happened. My boss liked my compressor so much he went out and bought one for himself (and I didn't get my pay docked for being late).
It really pays to have such a great compressor. |

| Speedy help |
| By matt eiden (Livermore, CA) |
I love my Campbell Hausefeld air compressor and 12" impact wrench...
I have to rotate my tires every 1,000 miles because they are low profile, 22" diameter, and very expensive.
It is usually a long and tiresome operation to rotate all 4 wheels every 4 weeks or so. With my impact wrench and compressor, I have been able to rotate all wheels with 5 lug nuts in just about under 25 minutes. (It used to take me an hour and a half or more to get the job done.)
This has given me a lot more time to build tables and chairs that I donate to a few local Boys and Girls clubs here in the Bay Area region.
I just can't thank my new tools enough for the fast and speedy help that they give me every 4 weeks.
Thanks again! |

| Street to Track |
| By Dave Lowel (Cookeville, TN) |
I use my compressor and air lug wrench to change out my street tires every Friday night, putting on my track wheels and tires.
Then, it's back to street tires Sunday night. Keep the speed on the track!
My compressor helps me do just that. |

| Why Air Tools Are Superior |
| By Andy Landsly (Paw Paw, MI) |
Home improvement battles aren't won with a single weapon, but with the right combination of tools.
As with modern warfare, air power is the key.
There are three main reasons why a growing number of do-it-yourselfers are pulling the plug on their electric tools in exchange for air tools:
1. Power to Weight
One of the biggest advantages is that air tools do not require their own motors, which makes them smaller, lighter, and easier to handle.
Air tools deliver more torque and higher revolutions per minute than an electric-powered tool, enabling users to accomplish their tasks more quickly and effectively.
2. Value
A homeowner who recently switched to pneumatic tools, the less expensive air tools and accessories quickly offset the air compressor expense.
When you buy an air compressor, you're getting one powerful motor instead of a dozen small little motors that burn out. My air tools last a lot longer than electric-powered tools.
3. Versatility
Whether you're inflating tires and backyard pools or building elaborate decks, air tools are an easy-to-interchange alternative to electric-powered tools.
I use a variety of air tools for different tasks, including an impact wrench, spray gun, finish nailer, angle nailer, and ratchet wrench. I really like the simplicity of having one power source for all of these tools. |

| Campbell Hausfeld 26-Gallon (Belt-Drive) 230-Volt Cast-Iron Air Compressor Review |
| By Jon Hoch |
The cats-meow of air compressors. This kitty is recommended for "in the garage", but it can easily double as a contractor-grade machine too.
Why so good? It features a 240-Volt cast-iron, twin-cylinder pump which produces a whopping 10.8 CFM!
In other words, it's powerful enough to run demanding grinders and sanders with no problem. You will need a special 240-Volt outlet for this machine to operate.
Campbell Hausfeld is so confident in the machine at it offers a three-year warranty -- much better than the competition.
If you want to do some serious autobody work in your garage or on the job site, get this one! |
