| Rapid Air was a waste of time |
| By Joshua (Lancaster, CA) |
After reading different reviews for this system I was at first excited about the ease of installation of Rapid Air. Boy, was I wrong.
First, trying to unwind the coiled air tubing is a pain in the rear. Second, the tubing is wound so tight that after measuring, cutting and then trying to install the tubing in to the fittings I realized that there is so much tension in the tubing that the tubing tries to twist and doesn't sit right in the fitting, causing a small air leak.
Yes, the tubing was all the way in, it just caulks the the fitting enough to where air leaks out. Using Rapid Air leads to one problem after another.
Do yourself a favor and do it the right way, spend less money and use metal pipe. It is way easier to use and install.
ACD RESPONDS: The Manual for the Rapid Air system advises unrolling the tubing for several hours & letting it sit in the sun to relax the curve before cutting it.
It also advises leaving a little slack between fittings to allow for slight expansion and contraction of the tubing due to changes in temperature. |

| JUST FOR FUN |
| By JACOB JOHNSON (Greeley, CO) |
I started doing t-shirts like you see in the photo; it's a lot of fun.
I'm really interested in trying different kits, and would like to get into some auto-body custom air brushing.
It seems like a good way to focus my talent on something positive. |

| Compressed air piping |
| By Mathew Weiland (Marshfield, WI) |
I really like this kit from RapidAir. I have it mounted in my workshop and now I don't have air hoses strung all over the place.
It was really fast and simple to put up compared to my last garage that I threaded pipe for.
I would buy this for next garage! |
