Great Machine But Very Noisy
I looked at reviews of other air compressors and many reviews of other compressors talked about how much quieter their new compressor was compared to their old one. Well not this one- it is much more noisy.

It works great and stays on a much shorter time than my old one but it is noisy as heck. I do have it tucked in a corner and a lot of echo is produced but never the less it is noisier than I would like.
Pros: Durable, Easy To Use
Cons: Too Noisy

Lane,
If you haven't already installed it, the Fs Curtis 80 Gallon Anti-Vibration Kit will help quiet things down. You could also add some sound-absorbing material to the corner- old ceiling panels or sheets of foam glued to the wall will cut down the echo.

You can also give the folks at FS Curtis a call, toll free, at 800-388-8370 for other tips on how to quiet down your compressor. Please be sure to have the serial number for your compressor handy when you call them.
