When my compressor showed up it leaked, I got the runaround from Air Compressor Direct and then Steve at Puma. They've end up not helping and I've got q busted compressor. That's what I get for spending 500 on line.

I am so sorry your new compressor leaked! I checked your file, and our Post-Sales team logged at least 6 contacts with Puma, trying to get your situation resolved- with the final result on 5/26 being Steve at Puma saying they will send you a replacement compressor.
The notes on your file say you had already had taken it to a Puma service location. While I'm surprised they only replaced the oil in your unit but didn't do a Factory Warranty repair for you, I'm glad Puma is doing a replacement instead of insisting on having the unit repaired under warranty.
