Slime Air Compressor

If I had known this item was made in China I would not have purchased it.

ACD RESPONDS: We're proud to carry Made in USA products whenever they are available to us. In order to qualify as Made In USA, 85% of the parts have to come from the United States, which unfortunately would price inflators like this one right out of the under-$50 market.

Think Before You Buy!

I ordered and received the first air compressor that wouldn't turn on, and the buttons were defective and pushed in. The maker (Slime) was quick to replace it with a second one, however it would not measure tire pressure accurately/consistently or shut pressure off at the designated level.

I finally gave up and went to a locate gas station to take care of bike and car tire air needs. I cannot recommend the Slime 40022. The maker was quick to replace the first one, but I still do not have a working air compressor.

It works well and I especially like the digital pressure readout.

Dandy

The model 40022 is a dandy little air compressor.

It arrived sooner than I expected it to and I put it to work right out of the box. I was impressed with the digital settings and readout.

It did a wonderful job of inflating my bicycle tires and I carry it in my truck as emergency equipment. I give it 5 stars.
