We understand that things change. You're welcome to cancel your order at anytime BEFORE IT SHIPS without penalty.
After It Ships
We're also happy to pay for your shipping if you purchase an air compressor from us. However, if you cancel your order AFTER IT SHIPS, we won't be so generous. After all, you asked us to ship it, and we did.
If you want to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be charged a cancellation fee to cover our "to" and "from" shipping costs.
The fee varies depending which products are ordered:
Air Tools Accessories Only: $10.00
Tankless Inflators: $15.00
Air Compressors (Under 20 Gallons): $50.00
Air Compressors (20 Gallons and Greater): $100.00
How to Cancel Your Order
Please contact customer service at air@aircompressorsdirect.com or (866) 437-8002 to find out if your order has shipped before canceling.
Please allow us 12-24 hours to determine its status with the manufacturers before canceling. Our web site tracking system is not realtime and, in some cases, may not accurately reflect your shipping status.
