The fastest way to track your orders is to log onto your account:

1. My Account
Click on the "My Account" hyperlink in the upper right hand corner. Just enter your email address and password to view the status of your order.

If you misplaced your password, you can always request a new one by clicking on the "Password Forgotten?" link.

2. Order Status
Since your order ships directly from the factory, we must wait until the manufacturer provides us with tracking information before we can update your order status.

While our online tracking system is not realtime, it is very helpful with providing you with a recent status of your order.

Here's a quick guide to help you interpret your order:

Shipped -- It's on the way. If we have a tracking number, it will be listed in the "Comments" field.

Backordered -- It's currently backordered for future delivery.

Processing -- We submitted the order to the manufacturer. It's either (a) on its way or (b) being processed by the manufacturer for delivery.

Received -- We received your order, and we're submitting it to the manufacturer for processing.

3. Freight Carriers
Once your order has shipped, you can use the freight carrier's automated systems to obtain current shipping information.
