I just installed it a few days ago, so I 've only used it twice, but so far, it's perfect! Ok, so I received it pretty quickly, about 5 or 6 days and came in a standard heavy duty DeWalt box. Every part was in good shape and all parts were there.
Putting the handle on was easy enough, might need to unroll some of the hose to get access to the bolt furthest back. For those that complained about air leaks, just use tape on the threads. I got mine up to 100 psi and not even one teeny, tiny leak. Connected the hoses appropriately to my compressor, easy peasy.
While the entire unit is pretty heavy, it's not heavy enough to keep the unit in place when unrolling or even rolling the hose back up for that matter. There are 4 bolt holes on the bottom plate, so I drilled holes into my shelf and bolted it down. It is solid! The rolling action is super slick and smooth. There is a pin that you can pull out and twist to engage a lock or to allow it to move freely.

It just takes a little time to roll up, I can deal with that. I got the unit for what it cost for a airline and fittings. Great price.

American name, made in China. May as well go to Harbor Freight if you want cheap stuff. The reel handle on this is very loose, it appears that the riveting was poorly done. My other compressor has a Rapid Reel, made in the USA. Better quality, but I could not find one so I bought this one. It does the job, just wish DeWalt would sell American-made products.
