What is the RPM of this compressor and what is the decibel rating?

Answer
The RPM of the motor is 3450 and the RPM of the pump is 767. Unfortunately the manufacturer does not provide us with the decibel rating of this compressor. A common decibel rating for a piston compressor is around 80 decibels (+/- depending on its surroundings).

Can this unit be wired with 208 volt and work properly?

I'm sorry to bring bad news to you, but it is very difficult and expensive to convert this unit to another voltage. You will normally need to have a device called a buck booster installed by a certified electrician.
