The good: this compressor arrived undamaged, well packaged, and easily set. The housing around the unit itself has easy access panels on all 4 sides making MOST parts easy to get to. Something though such as the motor or even the peckerhead are impossible to get to without disassembling the whole thing. Unlike the picture, the compressor was mounted to one side which was a plus so I could add my own air dryer right next to it and there are multiple ports to get air from. It started up easily and all fittings were marked so you know if something came loose or comes loose in the future.
The bad: this compressor is a little quieter than my Quincy 5hp. But not like it is advertised.
It is supposed to have slightly more CFM than the Quincy but actually has less and we had to drop the blast cabinet pressure down to 70psi so it could maintain constant pressure.
The directions were awful. Nowhere in the instructions does it show grounding the machine. There isn't even a place to ground it. We had to use an existing hole and provide our own screw to ground the machine. Startup instructions are vague. Some specs are missing. The guard over the belts was not tight and even after tightening down it vibrates horribly when the machine unloads. We had to pull the cover and put self-stick foam between the cover and housing to get it to stop.

This is our first screw drive compressor, so keep that in mind as I have nothing else to compare it to other than the piston compressor it replaced. It is definitely quieter. We've been using it for 3 weeks now and I've been in contact with the manufacturer a couple times for follow-up questions and they've been very helpful. I can't speak to the longevity of the unit as I've only had it a short time, but I'm pleased with the form-factor and it appears to be manufactured well. The instructions are not the best as they're translated into English, so there's certainly room for improvement there. We had it up and running within a couple hours and so far, so good.
