What is Local Pickup?

Answer:

This and many other products are now available for order online and pickup at a Ferguson location near you.

How Do I Update My Pickup Location?

Answer:

Your nearest pickup location within a 50-mile radius is automatically selected when you enter the site. To change your pickup location and see availability for other nearby locations, click the "Change Pickup Location" link on the product page or in the cart.

How Do I Place a Local Pickup Order?

Answer:

Eligible items will have the Local Pickup option available both on the product page and in the cart. Select this option for all items you wish to pick up. Please note that Local Pickup can only be scheduled online at this time.

When Can Items Be Picked Up?

Answer:

Items are usually ready for pickup the same day the online order is placed, but this will depend on order volume and time of day. When your order is ready, you will receive an email including specific pickup instructions. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder. Orders not picked up within two business days may be canceled. You should opt to have your items shipped if you cannot pick them up promptly.

Who Can Pick Up My Order?

Answer:

During checkout, you will be prompted to enter the name, mobile phone number, and email address of the person who will be picking up the order. For your protection, only you or your designated pickup party may pick up your order. You will need your order confirmation and a government-issued photo ID to pick up your order.

Why Can't I Select Local Pickup for Some Items?

Answer:

Not all items are available at all locations, so pickup availability will vary based on the selected store. Additionally, some items ship directly from our manufacturer partners and are not available for pickup. You can use the "Change Pickup Location" link to check for availability at nearby Local Pickup locations.

Why Can't I Select Shipping for Some Items?

Answer:

Due to packaging, shipping costs, and other factors, some items cannot be shipped and are offered exclusively through Local Pickup.

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Answer:

Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and financing are accepted for Local Pickup orders.

What do I need to pick up my order?

Answer:

Make sure to have your order confirmation and a government-issued photo ID available when picking up your order. Check the item dimensions and ensure the items will fit in your vehicle. Bring any straps and other materials that will be needed to secure the items for transport.

I bought this compressor to replace our old Dewalt 60-gallon. It was a 60-gallon 11 cfm compressor, which couldn't keep up with two Sanders or a consistent paint job on a dull car. This thing keeps up no problem, and talk about quiet. The old one annoyed my neighbors; the new one they now say they can't hear it running. Long term review will have to wait until we have more time on it. The weight is the real deal. I had to get a forklift to move it.

Bought it to run an automotive repair shop have been using it daily for almost a year now it is quiet not as quiet as I thought it would be but have it in my office in the shop and I don't go deaf so over all very pleased with the decibel level when it arrived the copper line to automatic shut off was bent had to tweak everything back to get it to work properly didnt want to deal with replacing with new unit so just fixed it my self and moved on but out side of that works flawless comes up to operating pressure quickly and is easy to service so no real complaints on my part have recomended to several people who come through my shop.

Amazing noise reduction from previous compressors I have owned first of all, which was one of my reasons for choosing this compressor. Second, it is a very impressive piece of equipment. It appears to be well constructed and a lot of thought put into the design. The motor rpm runs basically at half the speed my previous compressors have, yet the CFM is as high or higher.
I own a ten bay automotive repair shop with five full-time technicians, so our compressor runs a lot. I have been in business 35 years. My first compressor lasted 28 years!! The second one burned up the electric motor five years in. Replaced the electric motor, and it burned up two years later.
I'm feeling confident this one will last beyond my retirement.
My techs and myself are so pleased with the noise reduction. You can stand next to this compressor and have a conversation at almost a normal voice level. I don't believe you could expect a compressor of this size to run any quieter than it does. It really is amazing!!

Received the compressor promptly. Packaging was very good. My electrician hooked it up, I turned it on and it was quiet enough to have a normal conversation while standing right next to it. Very impressive unit. I still have to install an air pipe system so haven’t been able to put it to use. I really like the pressurized oil system and spin on oil filter, the silent air filtration system, the automatic drain, and the overall build quality. It is expensive but in this case you get what you pay for.

Machine is super quiet, like it's not even in the shop. Perfect for what I needed. I got the lifetime warranty for the pump which they just send you oil changes for the machine which is nice cause people never change the oil in them, they just run in the back and no one thinks about it. Everything looks to be put together well and have had no issues. We will see how it does over time.
