What is Local Pickup?

Answer:

This and many other products are now available for order online and pickup at a Ferguson location near you.

How Do I Update My Pickup Location?

Answer:

Your nearest pickup location within a 50-mile radius is automatically selected when you enter the site. To change your pickup location and see availability for other nearby locations, click the "Change Pickup Location" link on the product page or in the cart.

How Do I Place a Local Pickup Order?

Answer:

Eligible items will have the Local Pickup option available both on the product page and in the cart. Select this option for all items you wish to pick up. Please note that Local Pickup can only be scheduled online at this time.

When Can Items Be Picked Up?

Answer:

Items are usually ready for pickup the same day the online order is placed, but this will depend on order volume and time of day. When your order is ready, you will receive an email including specific pickup instructions. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder. Orders not picked up within two business days may be canceled. You should opt to have your items shipped if you cannot pick them up promptly.

Who Can Pick Up My Order?

Answer:

During checkout, you will be prompted to enter the name, mobile phone number, and email address of the person who will be picking up the order. For your protection, only you or your designated pickup party may pick up your order. You will need your order confirmation and a government-issued photo ID to pick up your order.

Why Can't I Select Local Pickup for Some Items?

Answer:

Not all items are available at all locations, so pickup availability will vary based on the selected store. Additionally, some items ship directly from our manufacturer partners and are not available for pickup. You can use the "Change Pickup Location" link to check for availability at nearby Local Pickup locations.

Why Can't I Select Shipping for Some Items?

Answer:

Due to packaging, shipping costs, and other factors, some items cannot be shipped and are offered exclusively through Local Pickup.

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Answer:

Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and financing are accepted for Local Pickup orders.

What do I need to pick up my order?

Answer:

Make sure to have your order confirmation and a government-issued photo ID available when picking up your order. Check the item dimensions and ensure the items will fit in your vehicle. Bring any straps and other materials that will be needed to secure the items for transport.

This compressor is very heavy duty, it came on the heaviest pallet I’ve ever received equipment on. We have only had it a short time but it seems like we will get years of good service out of it. This compressor is being used to provide air supply to a Roq Next P12 screen print press.

It’s a great compressor, but just a heads up you have to hard wire it yourself. It didn’t come with a whip and that’s fine just didn’t know. Second unwrap your compressor before signing anything the shipping guy ran off before I could unwrap it and I found some damage to the heads. Looks like it was hit pretty hard. Still happy with my purchase just make sure to check before they leave.

This compressor is absolutely amazing! it truly is almost silent. standing right next to it you can still talk and hold a basic conversation. Builds pressure very fast and only kicks on about 3-4 times a day with a full shop working.

Quite and solid compressor. Overall will approve, a little pricey but worth it. Did not have a manual with the compressor. Only had a manual come for the dryer, but quickly got it emailed to me by Air Compressors Direct so problem solved.

I think like most people we do a lot of research before making this purchase. I did and read the many great reviews about this compressor. Also, after researching the company I made the decision to buy this. It just arrived a few days ago and I was so impressed with even the quality of packaging. Very well protected in its crate. I can't imagine it could get damaged during shipping. Then I opened up the crate and you can just see what a beast this compressor is. USA quality. The quality of everything, from motor, to compressor and even the paint job. I set it up and ran great. Super quiet for such a large compressor and builds pressure quick. I would definitely recommend this product. Compare apples to apples and you will see this compressor offers more than all the "big name" compressors. And it comes with oil unlike the "big name". LOL, $4,000 for an air compressor and you can't provide oil.

The customer service is also great. I contacted them with a few questions and they are very helpful and friendly.

Just buy it!

We did a lot of research and settled on EMAX for our new compressor. It came all set up to run basically, very little to set up. The wrong dryer was sent to us but with a phone call we got the correct one in under a week. The customer service has been great. It appears to be a quality compressor.
