GREAT SHOP COMPRESSOR
By Jeff M.

Was going to buy an Ingersoll Rand, but decided to try Quincy because of the weight. I didn't want to go overhead with it on the upper level of the shop. So we put it in the bathroom entrance. Wired and plumbed in fired it up and couldn't believe how quiet it was. Tied it into the older compressor tank and now have 140 gallons of storage. So far I'm very pleased with my decision on Quincy air.

One Great Compressor
By Pete T.
Evansville, Wyoming
Purchased 03/31/2019 |
Review Posted 05/23/2019
This particular compressor is built to last a long time under industrial use. Just looking at one, the quality is apparent at first sight. Very quiet for this style of the compressor. Bought it for a professional shop because the quality of most other compressors (including IR) has gotten poorer as most have moved production to overseas with the resultant quality not what it was when they were made domestically. I used to run Quincy compressors on rigs for supply air and they would run 24 hours a day with virtually no problems for a decade. That experience made choosing this smaller model Quincy an easy choice. They are built with the quality that used to be normal in the U.S. 40 years ago.

Nice Compressor, But No Support From ACD
By Mike S.
Seattle, Washington
Review Posted 03/15/2017
Compressor works fine, after initial issues.

It is quite louder than I was hoping, which is frustrating because I paid a LOT extra to get a heavily built unit that should be quieter.

Time will tell if it lasts. I've only had it 5 months so too soon to know if it is durable.

It took a little longer to get than initially communicated due to holiday schedule, but well worth the wait.

It's very well built and packaged.

I called Quincy with a few questions and had an excellent customer service experience

This compressor can keep up with anything and everything you hook up to it. I've never ran out of air using this unit.

Whether you have a large or a small shop, this compressor is worth the investment. It'll pay for itself in no time.
