Got this for the truck and is worth every penny! Compressor is good, Jumper is good, light is good!
I charged it once when I first got it, used it two or three times and then helped out one of my friends to jump start his car. Still going strong!

The clamps made of plastic broke first time I went to jump a battery. Other than that worked fine until I needed to jump start, had to wait for roadside assistance.

I understand your disappointment! This unit has a 1 year Factory Warranty, so you may want to give the folks at Wagan a call, toll free, at (800) 231-5806 for a replacement if you're still within the warranty period.

Saw the ad online. Just what I had been wanting. Bought one in November. Loved it so much, that I ordered 2 more for Christmas Gifts for my Son and Son-in-Law. They absolutely Love them too.

Piece of JUNK. Inflator hose keeps coming off of the nipple that is located inside the unit. I keep trying to press it on and it will pop off repeatedly.

I have used the compressor a few times now. That part works reasonably well. The storage compartment for the inflator hose is almost too small to fit the hose. The inflator hose is extremely short, and the door to the storage area is flimsy, I can see that breaking soon enough.
I could do without the radio, the dials are cheap and analog. The speaker is of poor quality. I would spend a few more dollars for a digital display or do without the radio all together. I found a similar model somewhere else without the radio for less money. But of course, that was after I had already received this one.
I have not tried the DC to AC converter yet and by reading the other reviews would assume it functions satisfactorily.

Never worked right out of the box

I bought this for the express purpose of inflating tires in an emergency. First time I tried it NOTHING!! It has taken me four weeks to finally get someone to agree to take it back. Got the old "well talk to the place you bought it...No talk to the producer...No...you get the idea.
I hope the one they send me works as I think it is a great idea!

Won't make coffee

Delivery was fast. Not to sure of the quality of the unit. Outer black cover was not properly installed. Also tried to make a small pot of coffee with it no luck.
I have not used air compressor yet but the unit is loud. Would not recommend this product. Bad Purchase.
