Product QuestionsAnswered by Joshua, the Air Compressor Expert
On the top of my compressor, it seems like something would mount on top. There are side brackets and two set screws.

Answer
There should be a black bracket with screws that sits on top of your compressor and your handles fold down around it (see our website product page). If this is the bracket you are speaking of, it is just to hold tools, screws and any other miscellaneous items that you may be working with while using your compressor.
